MANIFESTING

Updated: Mar 7

I wanted to share something personal about manifesting, because those who follow me will know it’s something I truly believe in and talk about often.

Around 10 years ago my life completely fell apart. I lost everything — my home, my job, and my relationship had ended. At the time I was also a new mum with a baby. I remember feeling completely lost and unsure of how life would ever come back together.

There was a period where I was homeless and living in a shelter. During that time, every single day I prayed for a home for my son and I. I would go window shopping, looking at home décor, furniture, carpets — imagining what our future home might look like. It felt like such a huge dream at the time, but deep down I truly believed it would happen. I knew somehow I was going to create a better life for us.

Just 15 months later, that dream became a reality.

I got the keys to our first home — a fresh start for me and my son. Our own safe space. It was everything I had imagined and more. Over the years we have created so many happy memories there, and now with two sons it has become a real family home filled with love and laughter.

It was during this time that something really clicked for me.

I realised that the life I had dreamed about, visualised and prayed for had actually manifested into reality. That realisation sparked something inside me and I began exploring manifesting, meditation, and the power of the mind much more deeply.

One book that really opened my eyes was Manifest: 7 Steps to Living Your Best Life.

From that moment I became fascinated with learning more about manifesting and how powerful our thoughts, intentions, and energy can truly be.

Over the years I have continued researching, reading, practising meditation, and working on my mindset. Manifesting is something I still practise every single day, and I genuinely see results in my life because of it.

One technique I’ve found particularly powerful is the 369 Manifestation Method.

The idea is simple but incredibly powerful.

In the morning, you write down three things you desire, written in the present tense.

For example:

“I am so happy and grateful to be earning £10k a month.”

During the day, you write your desired outcome six times.

For example:

“£10k has appeared in my bank account.”

Then in the evening, you write the outcome nine times.

For example:

“I am financially free.”

While writing these, it’s important to really feel the emotion as if it has already happened. Let yourself fully connect to that feeling. Imagine the relief, the joy, the gratitude — hold onto that energy and allow yourself to sit in it.

This practice works best when done consistently and with patience.

I’ll be honest — there were times when I felt frustrated and thought it wasn’t working. But that frustration is actually just doubt creeping in. Giving up tells the universe that you don’t believe it’s possible.

And belief is everything.

Over time I trained myself to think positively about every situation in my life. This didn’t happen overnight — it took years of practice — but eventually something shifted. I began seeing everything as part of my journey rather than something happening against me.

I stopped taking things personally and started feeling deep gratitude for my life exactly as it was.

And slowly, my life began changing for the better.

Eventually I lost my job, but instead of seeing it as a setback I saw it as a sign — an opportunity to fully focus on building my brand and creating something meaningful.

That’s when I started building Spiritual Warrior.

I knew in my heart that one day this would become my full-time work — my only source of income — and that I would be spreading spiritual tools, crystals, incense, jewellery, clothing and positive energy to people all around the world.

So I started manifesting exactly that.

And now, after years of belief, patience, and dedication, those manifestations are slowly becoming reality. Watching something you once dreamed about begin to unfold in real life is a feeling like nothing else.

I’m still learning, and I know there is a long journey ahead.

But if there’s one thing I want to say to anyone reading this, it’s this:

Never give up on your dreams.

There were so many moments where I felt like giving up. Times where I believed nothing was happening. But then one day I looked around and realised I was living the life I had once only imagined — the home, my beautiful children (boys, just like I always said I wanted), my spiritual business, and a growing community of like-minded people.

Everything I had once written down, prayed for and visualised was slowly appearing in my life.

So if you feel like giving up, don’t.

Keep going.

Keep believing.

Keep manifesting.

The universe really does listen.
